Hey folks, just spent a good chunk of the morning poking around the new device insights dashboard in our JumpCloud console. I was really excited when I saw the release notes, but honestly? I'm left feeling a bit disappointed. It seems like we've traded some useful, at-a-glance information for a prettier, but less functional, interface.

For example, the old dashboard gave me a clear breakdown of OS versions across our fleet right on the main card. Now, I have to click into a separate report just to see if we have any stragglers on an outdated version of macOS. That's an extra step for something that felt like critical, immediate info. The new charts are sleek, but the data density feels lower. I'm not sure if this is just a "new thing" learning curve, or if the redesign actually removed some of the quick insights we relied on.

Has anyone else had a chance to test drive this yet? I'm curious if I'm missing a configuration option or a different view. Maybe there's a way to customize the default widgets that I haven't found? From a backend/devops perspective, having that immediate snapshot of device health and compliance was super valuable for our daily standups.

I do like the new filtering options on the detailed tables—that's a definite improvement. But the main dashboard landing page feels like a step back in terms of delivering actionable insights quickly. Would love to hear how others are adapting or if you've found workarounds.
