We're a 50-person dev shop. Currently on Okta, but it's getting pricey fast. Looking at JumpCloud's $15/user/month "Platform Package" vs Okta's $20+ per user.

My main question: does that lower price actually hold up in a real SMB setup? Or do you end up needing add-ons that bring it close to Okta's cost?

Specifically:
* SSO for our cloud apps (GitLab, AWS, GCP, a few SaaS tools)
* Basic device management (just macOS laptops)
* SCIM provisioning

If you've made this switch:
* What was the actual per-user cost after adding necessary features?
* Any major gaps compared to Okta for a tech-heavy team?
* How's the admin overhead compared to Okta?
