Hi everyone, I've been evaluating PAM solutions for our small SaaS team, and Token Security keeps coming up as a modern, developer-friendly option. We watched the official demo and it looks incredibly slick – the JIT access and Slack integration seem perfect for our remote team.
But I always get nervous that the demo is the polished version. For those of you using it in production, what are the less obvious pain points or things that surprised you after the sales pitch? I'm especially curious about:
* The onboarding process for non-technical team members (like our support and marketing folks). The demo made it look like one click, but is that really the case?
* How does the break-glass procedure actually feel in a real emergency at 2 AM? Is it straightforward or are there hidden steps?
* We're mostly cloud-based (AWS, GitHub, a few SaaS tools). Are there any connectors that sound good on paper but are clunky in daily use?
I really appreciate any real-world insights. We're a small team and can't afford a solution that looks great but creates friction for everyday tasks. The security part is crucial, but so is actually getting my team to use it without complaint 😅
