Looking at Glide's pricing page. It's all per-user per-month, which is the easy part. Everyone shows you that.
My experience with these "modern IAM" platforms is the real cost is in the setup and the infra you need to keep running. They never mention that.
What's the actual bill going to look like after:
* The 3-month "onboarding" period where you're paying for consultants to configure SCIM, just-in-time provisioning, and custom rules?
* The Azure AD Premium P1/P2 or Entra ID licenses you still need on the Microsoft side for the fancy conditional access policies they rely on?
* The compute for their lightweight connector agents if you're doing hybrid? That's your AWS/Azure bill, not theirs.
* Break-glass scenarios. Do they charge for inactive "emergency" IDs? Bet they do.
Also, their SSO. Is it truly SAML/oidc to everything, or do half your legacy apps need some janky "web connector" that becomes a single point of failure? That's operational debt.
If you've actually implemented it, show me the breakdown. Not the sales quote—the real monthly bill from your cloud provider and their invoice combined.
