Just tried Hyperproof for managing our SOC 2. The reporting and auditor hand-holding is clearly its strength. They've got that part nailed.
But for engineers actually implementing controls? Feels like an afterthought. Too much audit jargon, not enough practical workflow. I get lost in compliance tasks instead of fixing things. Feels like I'm paying a premium to make my auditor's life easier, not mine. Anyone else using it from the engineering side? How do you make it work without killing velocity?
