Hi everyone. I'm new to the security side of procurement and trying to get up to speed. We're looking at cloud firewalls for our 50-person office. Almost everyone is on video calls most of the day, so performance is a big concern.
I've seen FortiSASE mentioned here. When comparing vendors for a use case like ours, what are the key things I should be looking at? I'm focused on pricing models, how they handle heavy traffic like video, and what to watch for in the security and contract terms. Any basic framework or checklist you use would be a huge help.
