Running two real-time AV/EDR products on the same endpoint is a guaranteed way to waste money and compute. You'll get:

* Resource contention (CPU/memory spikes)
* Driver conflicts and system instability
* Alert fatigue from duplicate events

If you're considering this, you're likely trying to fill a perceived gap in Defender's coverage. That's a vendor management and configuration problem, not a "more agents" problem.

What's the actual goal? Compliance checkbox? Specific threat coverage? There are cheaper, more stable ways to address that than layering another full AV suite.
