Hi everyone. I'm putting together a report for my management team to justify our Cybereason renewal, and I need to show clear ROI and attack surface reduction.
I'm comfortable with basic SaaS metrics, but this feels more complex. For those who've done this: what specific data points from the console are most convincing? Also, any tips on translating technical findings (like prevented ransomware) into business terms would be a huge help.
