Intel for ICS/OT - how does it stack up against Dragos?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and still learning about the threat intel space. My background is more in CRM and marketing automation, but I'm trying to understand security tools for our industrial clients.

I keep hearing about CrowdStrike Intel and Dragos in the ICS/OT context. For those who have used or evaluated both, how do they compare? I'm particularly curious about:
* The specificity and actionability of alerts for OT environments
* How the data is presented for teams that aren't full-time security analysts
* Any notable gaps in coverage for one over the other

I want to move beyond high-level features. Real-world use cases or pitfalls would be really helpful.
