We were using AWS Security Hub with the native AWS Foundational Security Best Practices controls for about a year. Our cloud footprint grew, and managing the alert volume and remediation became a real bottleneck.
Switched to CloudGuard about three months ago. The main draw was the unified policy model and the automated remediation workflows. Instead of just getting a finding, we can now attach a playbook that automatically fixes common misconfigurations, like public S3 buckets. The console is definitely more complex, but the ability to drill down from a compliance standard to a specific resource and see the exact rule violation is a game-changer for our team. Still getting used to the cost structure, though.
