While I'm deeply comfortable with planning roadmaps, mapping user stories, and analyzing data in tools like Mixpanel, the technical deployment specifics feel a bit like a new language. I want to make sure our pilot is set up for success from day one.

* **What were your absolute "must-do" first steps** after getting the go-ahead? Did you start with a specific agent deployment method?
* **How did you scope your pilot group?** We're thinking of starting with our IT and developer workstations, as they're somewhat homogenous. Good idea, or is there a better "test bed"?
* **What metrics and success criteria did you define upfront?** Beyond "did it break anything," I want to track meaningful adoption and efficacy. I'm thinking of things like:
* Agent health check pass rates
* Reduction in manual investigation time (a key pain point for our SOC)
* Specific, testable use cases (e.g., can we now detect and block X type of behavior we previously missed?)
* **Any major pitfalls to avoid during the pilot phase?** Configuration bloat? Communication missteps with the pilot user group?
