Just stumbled on this. Apparently there's a way to get direct CLI access on the CloudGen gateway without going through the manager interface first. Is that actually true? I've only ever used the manager for everything.
If it is, how does that work? Are there security implications? I'm used to Zendesk/Salesforce where direct backend access is usually locked down. This seems like a big deal for troubleshooting.
