Banyan's reporting feels anemic. How are you getting the data you need?

I've been testing Banyan for a few weeks. The security posture seems solid, but I'm really struggling with the built-in reporting. It feels like I can only get surface-level summaries.

When I need to answer questions like "which devices are most frequently out of compliance?" or "what's the average access time per user for a specific service?", I hit a wall. The canned reports don't go deep enough. Are you all just exporting everything and building your own dashboards? If so, what's your process? I'm comfortable with basic SQL and spreadsheets, but I'm not sure where to start pulling the right data out of Banyan.
