Switched from AuditBoard to something lighter. Here's why and what we're using now.

We just switched off AuditBoard after a year. I was actually the one pushing for it because our auditors recommended it, but wow, it felt like too much for our team of 20.

It's powerful, but we just needed basic audit trail, task tracking, and to link with Salesforce. We were paying for features we never touched and the learning curve was steep 😅

We moved to a combo of Airtable and Zapier. It's way lighter. Airtable holds all our evidence and checklists, and Zapier creates tasks in Asana when a Salesforce opportunity hits a certain stage. It's not as "audit-ready" out of the box, but it works for our scale and is way cheaper.

Anyone else find AuditBoard too heavy? What are you using for lighter compliance workflows?
