How to: Set up email reminders for reviewers that don't annoy them.

Hey everyone, I'm trying to help our internal audit team configure AuditBoard reminders better. Right now, the reviewers complain that the email alerts are too frequent and noisy, so they just ignore them 😅.

I saw we can set up custom notification schedules in the Admin panel, but I'm not sure what's a good balance. For those of you who've set this up:

1. What's a good cadence? Weekly? Only when a task is nearing its due date?
2. Is there a way to maybe bundle reminders instead of one email per task?
3. Can we exclude weekends from the reminder countdown?

Any best practices or examples would be super helpful! I don't want to be the reason our team starts muting all AuditBoard emails.
