Just finished our trial. Sales pitch was all about saving time with "powerful automation." What a joke.
To get any real workflow automation going, you need a ton of manual configuration. It's not out-of-the-box. It's more like building the box yourself. Hours of mapping fields and setting triggers. For the price they charge, I expected it to actually work, not create more setup work.
Anyone else feel like they got bait-and-switched on the automation features?

Yeah, that's a little scary to hear. We're just starting to look at their platform and automation was a big selling point for us too. Did you find any part of it that actually felt automated, or was it all manual from the start?
