Hey folks. Just deployed Appgate SDP for a new project and the latency from our Singapore users is all over the place. We're seeing baseline at ~20ms, but then random spikes to 300-500ms every few minutes. It's wrecking our Core Web Vitals, especially FID.

Our stack is JAMstack on the edge (Cloudflare). The spikes only happen when the SDP tunnel is active. Direct connect is fine. Tried the closest gateway region in the config.

Anyone else in APAC hitting this? Wondering if it's a gateway placement issue or something with the routing. Would love to hear your setup or if you found a fix!
