Am I the only one who finds the Appgate documentation confusing?

Hi everyone. I'm fairly new to the DevOps world, coming from a sysadmin background. My team is evaluating Appgate SDP for zero-trust network access.

I have to admit, I'm really struggling with the official docs. 😅 Concepts like "Conditions" vs "Claims" and how the Entitlements actually flow together often leave me re-reading sections multiple times. Sometimes it feels like the documentation assumes I already know how Appgate works internally.

For example, just setting up a simple test gateway and connecting a client had me jumping between five different pages. Did anyone else find this confusing at first? Any tips for a newcomer on how to best approach learning this? Maybe there's a community guide or a clearer mental model I'm missing.
