Just tried to price out a managed CI service for my k3s fleet. Feels like I need a finance degree and a crystal ball. They show you "per minute" rates, but then the real cost is hidden in concurrency, eos storage, and network egress.
My self-hosted Drone instance on a $10 node handles 90% of my builds. When I look at managed, I can't easily map my 500 monthly builds, avg 4 minutes, to their pricing. Is it:

Why can't they just have a simple calculator where I plug in my last month's Drone metrics and get a real quote?
