Hey everyone! I'm just starting to manage more freelance projects for our small team, and we've been using GoLance for a while. It's okay, but I'm curious what else is out there.
I'm specifically looking for platforms that aren't the giants like Upwork or Fiverr. My main use-case is finding reliable developers for cloud-related tasks (AWS, Terraform, sometimes Kubernetes). Budget is important, but so is vetting skill sets. 😅
What alternatives have you tried? I'd love something with a clearer review system for technical work.
