Hey everyone. Been looking into Braze for a project at my startup. We're still pretty small (<50k MAU) and budget-conscious.
I noticed Braze has been adding a ton of new features lately—like their CDP, more advanced journey orchestration, and now even predictive analytics. For those who've used them longer: does this feel like feature creep to you? 😅
I'm worried it might overcomplicate things for a team our size. Is the core email/SMS/push still solid and straightforward, or is the platform getting bloated? Would love a beginner-friendly take on what's essential vs. nice-to-have for a growth stack.
