Anyone else getting weird data gaps with the new TikTok Conversions API?

Just finished a three-week evaluation of the new TikTok Conversions API for a client's e-commerce campaign. On paper, it's a solid upgrade from the pixel alone, especially for iOS traffic. In practice, we're seeing significant and inconsistent data gaps.

The server-side events are landing, confirmed via the Events API tester, but they're not matching up with what the TikTok Ads Manager reports. We're missing large chunks of attributed conversions in the platform itself, particularly from Android web traffic. The dashboard shows conversions, but they're often delayed by 24+ hours and don't align with our own order volume on key days.

What we've checked so far:
* Event deduplication is configured (both event_id and leveraging both pixel and CAPI).
* Timestamps are correct and in UTC.
* All standard event parameters (value, currency, contents) are present.

This feels like a data pipeline or attribution matching issue on TikTok's side, not a implementation error. Has anyone else pushed this into production and seen similar problems? Specifically:
* Are Android web events showing at all?
* What's your actual match rate between your internal conversion logs and what TikTok attributes?
* Any workarounds beyond just waiting for the data to eventually appear?

I'm not interested in "contact support" as an answer—I've done that. Looking for raw, unfiltered benchmarks from other teams who've been through this.
