Great, the notifications are back. Now can we fix the actual cost alerts?
Last week's "minor email bug" coincided with:
* Unnoticed autoscaling event running 12 c5.4xlarges for 78 hours
* Spot fleet fallback to on-demand due to a config change nobody was pinged about
The math you didn't get:

vs. intended spot price (~$0.20/hr) = $187.20
