Hi everyone! We just finished moving our team's analytics from Metabase to Apache Superset, running on our own Kubernetes cluster.
It was... a lot. The docs for Superset are pretty dense if you're not a data engineer. We got it working, but I'm sure we made some rookie mistakes.
Could we share lessons? I'd love to hear what others learned about managing secrets, handling database connections at scale, or upgrading without downtime. Also, any simple tips for setting up dashboards for non-technical users would be awesome 😅
