I'm setting up social listening for our marketing team. We've been testing Brandlight and it's fine, but a colleague mentioned Whitebox might be better for SaaS companies.
Has anyone made this switch? I'm especially curious about:
- How the sentiment analysis compares
- If it's easier to track specific product mentions without all the noise
- Cost for a team of 5 users
Our main use case is tracking brand and competitor mentions across Reddit, Twitter, and niche forums.
