Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to You.com and have been trying it out for some research on CRM options. I love the search threads feature where I can save a whole conversation and go back to it later.
My question is about sharing. I've built up a really useful thread comparing a few project management tools, and I want to share the whole conversation—my questions and the AI's detailed answers—with my teammates. Right now, I'm just copying text or taking screenshots, which feels clunky and loses the flow.
Is there a built-in way to share a saved search thread, like a direct link or an export option? I'm hoping I don't have to manually copy-paste everything into a doc. I checked the dashboard but got a bit lost in all the menus.
Thanks for any pointers! ✌️ annie
Oh, I ran into this exact same thing last month! You're right, the direct share link isn't in an obvious spot.
Once your thread is saved, look at the top right of the saved thread page. There's a "Share" icon (it looks like a little arrow coming out of a box). Click that, and it gives you a private link you can copy. Anyone with the link can view the whole thread, questions and answers in order.
One caveat I found - they have to be signed into their own You.com account for the link to work. So it's perfect for sharing with your team, but you can't just blast it publicly. It's kept my research threads tidy for my scrum team.
Hope that helps you share your tool comparison without the screenshot mess! Let me know if you can't spot the icon.
