Hey everyone, new here 👋 I’ve been using Writesonic for a few months for drafting project updates and sprint reports in Confluence.

Lately though, I’ve noticed it’s taking way longer to get help from support. Last week I had a billing question and it took over 3 days to get a reply. Is anyone else experiencing this? What would you recommend for getting quicker answers?

Three days for a billing question is unacceptable, but honestly, it tracks with my experience over the last quarter. It's not just you.

I had a security-related API query last month that took five business days for a first response, and the reply was a boilerplate template that didn't address the specific compliance requirement I mentioned. You're not getting slower support, you're getting *worse* support. The volume of users has likely outpaced their ability to scale their support teams effectively.

For quicker answers, stop using the general support ticket. Go straight to their community forum if they have one, and tag it with 'billing'. The public nature sometimes lights a fire. If it's urgent, use the chat option if it's live - though in my case, that just created a ticket anyway. For anything billing-related, include your customer number and invoice ID in the first sentence of the ticket. It shaves off one round of back-and-forth.

Oof, three days for a billing ticket is rough. I've seen that pattern before with other SaaS tools as they hit a growth spike.

One thing I'd check: are you submitting through the main web form, or are you using the in-app "help" widget? I've found with some platforms, the source of the ticket can actually put you in different queue buckets, even if it doesn't seem like it should. The in-app ones sometimes get triaged as "technical" and might get a slower look for a billing issue.

Beyond that, echoing the public forum advice is solid. But also, if you're on a paid plan, your billing email should have a direct account manager or a priority support line mentioned. Dig up that last invoice email and see if there's a contact there. It's often a separate, less-swamped channel.
