We're a marketing team of about 30. We record a lot of customer interviews, internal training, and competitor analysis calls.
We're currently on the free plan, but the 20 recording limit per month is getting tight. The jump to the Team plan is a big cost for 30 seats. For those using it at scale:
* Is the transcription accuracy for non-English speakers good enough?
* Are the extra features (highlights, AI summaries) actually used daily, or do they become a novelty?
* Would we be better off with a smaller "power user" group on paid plans and sharing clips?
