Just saw the announcement. So tl;dv is now an AI "coach"? Feels like a page ripped straight out of Gong's playbook. Another sales call analytics product, but with a "we're different" sticker slapped on it.
What's the real value here? More vendor lock-in, more data piped to who-knows-where. The privacy policy is predictably vague on AI training data. For the price hike this undoubtedly enables, you could just self-host an open source transcription stack and keep your actual customer conversations private. But hey, shiny new feature, right? 🎯
