I'm about to switch from an old Intel MacBook Pro to a new MacBook Air with an M3 chip. Since I live in my IDE (VS Code), I'm curious about Tabnine's performance.
Has anyone done a direct comparison? I'm mainly wondering about:
- Speed of code suggestions
- Any difference in battery drain during heavy use
- If the local model option works better on the ARM architecture
My stack is Python and SQL for data analysis, if that makes a difference.
