Everyone's focused on the AI avatars. Fine, they're decent. But they're not the killer feature.
The real win is how fast you can turn around a revision. Need to change a script? Fix a pricing number? Update a graphic? You do it in minutes, not hours or days waiting for reshoots and editing. It turns video from a quarterly project into a weekly, or even daily, tool.
My team uses it for:
* Internal process updates
* Quick feature explainers for support
* Standardized onboarding modules
The cost isn't for the talking head. It's for eliminating the entire video production bottleneck. If you're not iterating fast, you're probably not using it right.
