Hi everyone. I'm just starting out with Synthesia for creating internal training videos on our software tools.
I'm running into a big issue: the AI voices are mispronouncing common technical acronyms. For example, it says "S-Q-L" as "sequel" and "J-S-O-N" as "Jason." I need it to pronounce them letter-by-letter for accuracy.
I've tried spelling them out with dots (J.S.O.N.) or dashes, but it doesn't seem to work consistently. Is there a specific way to format these terms in the script so the AI reads them correctly? A step-by-step guide would be incredibly helpful.
