Hey everyone, I've been trying out Synthesia for some internal training videos and I keep hitting the same snag: my avatar never seems to look directly at the camera. It always feels like it's looking just past me, or slightly to the side, which makes the connection feel a bit off. It's like having a conversation with someone who won't make eye contact!

I'm using the "Alex" avatar and scripting everything in their text-to-speech editor. I've tried a few things:
- Making sure my script doesn't have any stage directions or parentheses.
- Using different punctuation, thinking maybe a period vs an exclamation mark would change the gaze.
- Even tried the "Avatar Look" dropdown and set it to "Direct" for the whole scene.

Here's a sample of the simple script I'm using:

```
Hello team. Welcome to this data pipeline overview.
Today, we'll be discussing how the new event streaming setup works.
```

Is there a specific syntax or a hidden setting I'm missing? Maybe a special character to force a "look at camera" moment? In my data integration world, if an API connector isn't looking at the endpoint right, nothing flows. This feels similar!

Any other users run into this and find a fix? I really want the delivery to feel direct and engaging.
