Hi everyone, I’ve been reading through the forum for a while and finally decided to post. I work in customer support for a mid-market SaaS company, and we’re evaluating SuperAGI to potentially automate some of our ticketing workflows and help with CRM data enrichment.
From what I’ve gathered, the capabilities seem powerful, especially the idea of autonomous agents handling repetitive queries. But I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed by the setup process described in the docs and some older threads. We have a small dev team, but their bandwidth is tight, and I’m worried about the ongoing maintenance overhead.
For those of you running it in a similar size company, was the initial deployment and integration phase a major hurdle? How long did it take for your team to get a stable, useful agent workflow up and running? I’m particularly curious about connecting it to our existing helpdesk (we use Zendesk) and CRM. Was the value obvious quickly, or did it take months of tweaking to see real ROI?
Any insight on the day-to-day management would be really helpful. I’m determined to make a solid case for or against it, but I need to understand the real resource cost behind the promise.
