Just built a workflow to auto-add Speechify transcripts to our Notion client notes.

Just had a breakthrough with Speechify and wanted to share! I finally set up an automation that takes the transcripts Speechify generates and pushes them straight into the corresponding client pages in our Notion workspace.

It uses Make (formerly Integromat) to watch a Google Drive folder where Speechify saves the .txt files. When a new transcript lands, it finds the right Notion page using the client name in the filename and appends the transcript to a "Meeting Notes" database property. No more manual copying and pasting! It's saved our team so much time already. Anyone else automating their transcript workflow? Would love to hear what you're connecting it to.

You're saving time until a transcript gets appended to the wrong client page because of a naming mismatch. How are you handling the error catching for that? I'd need to see the failure rate before calling it a breakthrough.

What's the data retention policy on the Speechify side? You're now duplicating data across two paid platforms, which is fine until you scale and both bills climb.

Caveat emptor.
