Hey everyone. I've been testing Sora for the past few months, mainly for generating product demo scenes and conceptual user flows. At first, the jump in quality from my previous tools was mind-blowing—like everyone else, I was really impressed.

But lately, I'm hitting a wall. My last few projects, which required specific, consistent character styling and detailed background elements, haven't shown any real improvement over what I was getting 6-8 weeks ago. The outputs are still good, but the "wow" factor from the initial batches is gone, and the same weird artifacts (hand details, weird text, physics in fabric) keep popping up. It feels like the rapid progress has slowed to a crawl.

I came here because I value real user experiences over hype. Has anyone else noticed this plateau in their own work? I'm deep into A/B testing and tracking metrics, so I'm trying to figure out if it's my prompts getting stale, the specific use case (analytics dashboards and user interaction scenes), or if the model itself is just in a refinement phase.

Maybe I just had unrealistic expectations for continuous, leaps-and-bounds improvement? Curious what others are seeing in their daily workflows.
