Hi everyone! I've been trying out Sora for a few weeks now, mostly for creating short internal explainer videos. I'm still pretty new to all of this, so when I saw the new prompt assistant tool pop up, I was honestly relieved. My first few prompts were... not great 😅.
I've used it a few times and it definitely helps me structure my thoughts better and suggests details I wouldn't have thought to add. But I'm wondering what more experienced users think. Does it actually lead to *better* outputs, or does it just make the process easier for beginners?
Part of me feels like I'm using training wheels and I should learn to write really solid prompts on my own. The other part of me thinks, "If the tool gives you a better result faster, why not use it?" Is there a downside to relying on it too much? Like, will it limit my creativity or my ability to really learn how Sora works?
Would love to hear your experiences, especially if you've been using video generation tools for a while. Is the assistant a crutch, or is it a smart way to work for everyone?
