I'm testing Sora for a marketing workflow. My prompts are designed for exactly 60 seconds of video, but the outputs are consistently truncated at 48-52 seconds.
I've ruled out content policy violations. The prompt structure is consistent:

A continuous shot of a [subject] performing [action] in a [setting]. The camera [movement]. The style is [visual style]. No cuts.
```
Has anyone else hit this hard limit? Is there a documented token or duration budget per prompt that's lower than the advertised 60 seconds? Need to understand if this is a system constraint or a bug before we commit.
