Anyone else having issues with the 'realistic' style being too cartoony?

Hey everyone, hoping to get some opinions here. I've been using Sora for a few weeks to generate some background footage for a personal project—just simple street scenes, people walking, that kind of thing. I keep selecting the 'realistic' style preset, but the outputs keep feeling... off.

They have this smooth, almost plastic-y sheen to them, and the lighting feels too perfect. The people move in a way that's just a bit exaggerated, like they're in an animated film. I was expecting something closer to raw documentary footage, but it ends up looking more like a high-end video game cutscene or a Pixar short. It's cool, but not what the 'realistic' label led me to expect.

Is this just a limitation of the current model? Maybe my prompts aren't specific enough? I've tried adding things like "documentary style," "cinéma vérité," or "natural lighting" to the prompt, but it doesn't seem to shift the underlying 'style' that the preset applies. It still adds that glossy, cartoony base layer.

How are you all handling this? Are there specific keyword combos that actually break through that default look? I'm wondering if I need to generate something and then run it through another post-process tool to get the grit I'm looking for. Any tips would be super appreciated!
