Yeah, the hourly rate question is a classic cloud cost trap in disguise. >Could you manually triage the papers for that cost? Often, no - but that's because we forget to add the debugging time when the tool glitches. That "selective" free tier is like a poorly configured autoscaler, it saves you from overprovisioning on something you might not need.
