Hi everyone! I’m looking to set up some no-code automations for our small team, mainly between our helpdesk (we use Zendesk), a knowledge base, and some Slack alerts.
I've narrowed it down to Relevance AI and Bardeen after some research, but I'm worried about the learning curve. Our team is small and we don't have a ton of technical bandwidth.
For those who have tried both, which platform was easier to get started with and build reliable workflows? I'm especially curious about:
- How intuitive the builder/playground feels
- Connecting common SaaS apps
- Debugging when something doesn't work
Any guidance would be awesome! Just trying to pick the right tool to start with.
