I've been evaluating Read AI for summarizing customer support calls to help with revenue recognition and billing dispute analysis. After a two-week trial, here's what stood out.

The good: It's very accurate at identifying action items and questions from calls. This could save time when a customer mentions a pricing issue or a delayed payment.

The bad: I can't find any way to export structured data to our billing systems (Stripe, Chargebee). The summaries are just text in the app. The lack of integrations for SaaS workflows is a major gap.

The missing features: No API for pulling summaries into our own reports, no Zapier/Make.com connector, and no way to tag calls with specific project or account IDs for reconciliation. It feels like a standalone tool, not part of a workflow.
