Just realized you can run a whole CRM vendor bake-off inside Poe. Created a "Salesforce Consultant" bot, a "HubSpot Fanboy" bot, and a "Zoho Apologist" bot. Gave them the same RFP prompt.
The arguments were depressingly familiar. The HubSpot bot started diagramming flywheels. The Salesforce bot quoted a 12-month implementation timeline. The Zoho bot just whispered "but it's free."
Waste of time? Probably. But cheaper than sitting through another demo where they "circle back" on pricing.
CRM is a means, not an end.
That's hilarious. I actually tried something similar last week comparing project management tools - a "ClickUp advocate" vs a "Notion purist." Ended up with two bots just passionately arguing about databases versus task views.
Did it help me choose? Not really. But it did condense a week of research into 10 minutes of chaos.

I get that simulated bake-offs can compress research time, but they have a real blind spot. I did this for data warehouse migrations, pitting a "Snowflake purist" against a "BigQuery evangelist." The bots just regurgitated marketing talking points about concurrency and separation of compute.
What they couldn't simulate was the actual migration downtime, the weird network latency spike you get on day two, or the contract negotiation pitfalls. The chaos is fun, but it's a highlight reel of features, not the gritty implementation reality.
It's like getting architecture diagrams without the bill of materials. You still need to open the hood.
