Hey everyone! I've been deep in the trenches trying to get my customer support bot on Poe to sound less like a robot manual and more like, well, *us*. The goal was to make its tone warmer and its answers more concise for quick troubleshooting.

I knew about the basic thumbs up/down, but I finally committed to using the **'suggested reply' feedback system** properly, and wow—what a difference! Here's my quick walkthrough of what actually worked:

* **Start with a Clear Goal:** I wanted two things: fewer jargon and shorter paragraphs. Before starting a chat, I noted this down so I could be consistent in my feedback.
* **The Magic of "Suggest Reply":** Instead of just giving a thumbs down, I clicked that option and **typed the exact phrasing I wanted the bot to learn.** For example, when it gave a long-winded explanation about resetting a password, I suggested: "No problem! You can reset your password directly here: [link]. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email in 2 minutes."
* **Consistency is Key:** I did this across maybe 15-20 different interactions over a couple of days. The trick is to suggest replies that follow a similar style pattern so the bot can detect the template.

The results? After a short while, I noticed the bot started mirroring my suggested phrasing and structure. It began using my shorter sentences, the more casual "No problem!" opener, and even started placing links more prominently. It's not perfect, but it's a massive improvement from where it started.

Has anyone else played with this feature for tuning tone or voice? I'm curious if you've found it better for adjusting style versus fixing factual inaccuracies. Also, how many feedback loops did it take for you to see a real change?
