I've been using Otter.ai for about six months to transcribe sales calls and team meetings. My main goal was to pull key insights into our CRM automatically.
The convenience was great, but I kept finding myself double-checking the transcripts. Industry jargon and even some product names were consistently wrong. It added extra work.
Finally switched to Rev last month. The accuracy difference is noticeable, especially with technical terms. It's more expensive, obviously, but for me, the time saved on corrections makes it worth it.
Has anyone else made a similar switch? Or found a way to make Otter more accurate for niche vocab? 🤔
