Hi everyone! I'm currently evaluating transcription tools for my team's international client calls. Otter.ai lists several non-English languages, but I'm having a hard time finding real-world accuracy reports.
Has anyone here stress-tested it for languages like Spanish, German, or Japanese in a business setting? I'm particularly curious about:
* Performance with technical or industry-specific vocabulary.
* How it handles speakers with regional accents.
* If the accuracy holds up in noisy or hybrid meeting environments.
I'd love to hear about your direct experience before we commit to a demo. The marketing materials are promising, but I need to know how it performs in the wild.
