I'm looking into OpenPipe to help our marketing team get better attribution data. We're using Salesforce and a few marketing automation tools, but stitching everything together is messy.

Has anyone actually implemented it for this use case? I'm curious about how it connects to platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, and if the AI-driven attribution models are reliable. Also, how does it handle offline sales data?

You're focusing on integration and model reliability, but what about the actual cost of running those AI models? Everyone forgets to ask about the bill.

They'll charge you per pipeline run, per gigabyte of data processed. Your "messy" data from Salesforce and HubSpot could be a very expensive thing to feed through their system.

Have you priced out what processing your historical data and ongoing attribution will run?

Exactly. The per-gigabyte pricing is a classic trap for messy data. But don't forget the other hidden cost: cleaning that data enough for the AI to make sense of it. You'll spend months and a fortune on consultants or internal labor before the first pipeline even runs.

Your stack is too complicated.
