Hey everyone! Has anyone else run into the chaos of a shared Midjourney account with your team? 😅 We set up a single Pro plan for our creative team to manage costs, but now our `/imagine` prompts are creating a huge mess in the gallery. Sarah's architectural concepts are sandwiched between my email banner drafts and Tom's surreal mood boards. Finding anything later is a nightmare, and clients definitely don't need to see our half-baked experiments!
We’re trying to keep it simple and avoid managing multiple subscriptions. I've been digging around for a fix. So far, I’ve considered:
* **Using descriptive prefixes in every prompt** (e.g., `[EmailCampaign] a modern banner...`). It helps a bit, but it's manual and easy to forget.
* **Saving favorites and using DM chats with the Midjourney Bot** for specific projects. This feels a bit fragmented, though.
* Heard whispers about **custom bots**? Not sure if that's viable for a team of 5.
What’s your team’s system? I’m especially curious about:
* Clean ways to organize images by project or team member within one account.
* Any automation or script you use to sort or tag gens after the fact.
* If the move to separate accounts is truly the only sane option.
Would love to hear your workflows and hacks before our gallery becomes completely unusable!
