Hey everyone, I've been using MeetGeek for about three months now to handle meeting notes for my distributed agile team. I really want to love it—the automatic transcription and AI summaries are a game-changer for async work. But lately, I'm hitting a wall with the actual user experience.
Maybe it's just me, but the interface feels incredibly cluttered. Every time I open the dashboard, I'm greeted by:
* A huge "Record New Meeting" button that dominates the top
* Multiple panels for "Recent Meetings," "Highlights," and "Action Items" all competing for space
* A sidebar that feels cramped with workspace settings, integrations, and billing
It's hard to find the specific meeting summary I need without scrolling and hunting. Has anyone else felt this way?
On top of that, I've noticed a significant lag when switching between meetings or loading the insights page. It sometimes takes 5-7 seconds for the page to fully populate with the AI-generated notes. When you're in a hurry post-meeting, that feels like an eternity.
I'm comparing this to other tools in my stack (like Notion or ClickUp) which feel snappier and cleaner, even with complex data. I'm optimistic about MeetGeek's core features, but the UI/performance is starting to impact our workflow. Any tips on managing the clutter, or is this a known issue being worked on?
Happy benchmarking!
Always testing.
