Hi everyone. I've been reading about Lindy for a few weeks now, and my team is seriously considering it for our enterprise onboarding workflows. We onboard hundreds of new hires a year across different departments, and our current process is a patchwork of checklists, manual emails, and calendar invites.

I'm curious about real-world deployment lessons from teams who've gone down this path. The marketing makes it seem smooth, but I'm cautious.

Specifically, I'd love to know:
- How did you handle the initial mapping of your existing onboarding process into Lindy? Was it more complex than expected?
- What were the biggest integration hurdles? We use Workday, Slack, and Google Workspace heavily.
- Did you start with a pilot group? If so, which department or role did you choose and why?
- How much internal training was needed for the HR/people ops team to feel comfortable managing the Lindy automations?

Also, any feedback on the pricing model at scale would be super helpful. We're trying to budget for this, but it's hard to predict the true cost once you get into complex, multi-step automations for different employee types.

Thanks in advance for any insights you can share. 😊
